HOW TO USE YOUR OILS


There are three main ways to use your oils.

If we are at home my favorite way is to use the diffuser. The whole family can benefit and it's fast.
We diffuse a lot of Peppermint with Lemon around here and lots of Thieves - I have little kids. Oh, and lots of Lavender (bedtime) and Stress Away (beach in a bottle I call it) and Purification (why is it always so stinky in my house?).




The second way to use your Young Living Essential Oils is topically. I always have a few diluted rollerballs in my purse with me.  We often apply our oils to the bottom of our feet, behind our ears and to our wrists. I use essential oils with argan and coconut oil as part of my skincare routine and have a special mixture for my daughter's sensitive skin. 


The final way to use your essential oils is internally. Please don't EVER attempt to use non Young Living oils internally and to follow the directions on the back of the bottle - I want y'all to stay safe. I love a drop of citrus oil in my water (glass container) and have been known to do a Thieves cheek swipe. Young Living has a ton of oil infused supplements that are available which I think is the easiest way to take oils internally.
